Manager: Dustin Caldwell
Dustin has training in sales negotiations, CARSTAR procedures,
Insurance procedures and appraising. Dustin is also I-CAR trained
and has 10 years experience in the collision repair industry. |

Business
Development Manager: Stephen Nessly
Stephen is responsible for our marketing to the insurance community
as well as developing and implementing programs for local businesses
and consumers. He comes to Old Dominion with 15 years sales
and marketing experience with a Fortune 50 company as well as
business to business sales in the Eugene/Springfield area the
last 10 years. He resides with his wife of 13 years in the Mckenzie
River area with his 2 children. |

Springfield
Manager: Jason Kappenman
Since 2000. Jason is our Springfield Manager and is in charge
of the day to day operations of the Springfield facility. In
addition to that he is also our appraiser at that location.
He and his wife of 11 years spend time together camping and
hiking with their 2 children. |

Jeremy Polzel
Jeremy has been with us since February 2003 and is I-CAR trained
as well as many other classes this year. |

Pat Wilcox
Pat is part of the damage repair/estimating team at Old Dominion
Carstar. He brings with him over 21 years of experience in the
collision repair industry. |

Steve Whaley
Steve builds hotrods, enjoys fishing and plays in a popular
band. Has a wife of 10 years and 5 children. |

Mike Sunkler
Since 1983. Enjoys riding motorcycles and sand quads. Has 2
children and has been married for 20 years. |

Howard Phearson
Since 2006. Howard has been in the collision industry for over 30 years. He keeps very busy with his two children when he is not at work.

Jimmy Tennision
Since 2000. Enjoys riding and working on Quads and working on
automobiles. Has painted cars for over 8 years. |

Troy Hill
Since 2006. Troy has been in the body repair field since 1986 and then in 1992 became a journeyman technician. He has 2 children aged 15 and 16. |

Doug Bernatzki
Doug has been a body technician for over 28 years and brings
with him a wealth of knowledge and professionalism for the Springfield
location. He is also training Jeremy Peart in the body technician
field. |

Jeremy Peart
Jeremy has joined the Springfield team as a body technician
helper. He comes from Myrtle Point Oregon. He has shown a great
willingness to learn and is always willing to do whatever it
takes to get the job done. |

Danny Pease
Since 1984./ Enjoys Gardening, Woodworking and Carpentry. Has
a wife of 3 years and 2 children. |

Frank Williams
Since 1994, Married 11 years and has 2 children. Frank enjoys
camping, hiking and biking with his family in his spare time.
He is also another of our snowboarders at Old Dominion. |

Steve Pierce
Since 2006. Steve has been painting for over 10 years. He is married currently with one child, while another is on it's way. |

Carlos Delarosa
Since 2006. Carlos has been detailing cars almost 2 years and will be helping detail as well as paint preparation. He enjoys working on cars in his spare time. |
